How is 1v1 coaching different than group coaching?

1v1 coaching is fully personalized to your goals, schedule, and needs with weekly check-ins and ongoing support. Group coaching runs in 6-week sessions around specific topics, offering structure, education, and community accountability at a lower cost.

Are you going to give me a meal plan and tell me exactly what to eat?

No- my goal is to provide guidance, support, and education so you can make informed choices on your own. Rather than handing you a strict meal plan, I help you learn how to build balanced meals, understand your body’s needs, and create habits that last. The focus is on giving you the tools and knowledge to fuel yourself confidently now and in the future.

Do I need to be an athlete to work with you?

Not at all! While many of my clients participate in active hobbies, I also coach people who simply want to build healthier eating habits, lose weight, feel more energized, or learn how to fuel their busy lifestyle.

Do i need to track my calories and macronutrients?

It depends on your goals and preferences! Some clients find tracking helpful for learning portions and building awareness, while others prefer a more intuitive approach. You get to choose the path that works best for you, and we’ll create a plan that fits your lifestyle- no rigid rules required!

Will I have to give up eating foods that I love?

Absolutely not! Sustainability is the key to a healthy lifestyle, and that includes enjoying the foods you love. My approach focuses on balance, flexibility, and making mindful choices, not restriction, so you can reach your goals while still enjoying life.
