Hi, I’m Amy! I’m the founder of Weekend Warrior Health & Nutrition, and I hold a Master’s Degree in Sports Nutrition. I’m also a Certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 & Level 2 Master Coach, and a Certified Personal Trainer. I help adventurous, busy people find the perfect balance of wellness, performance, and enjoyment in their lives.
My mission is to educate fellow weekend warriors on how to fuel their bodies—not just for the big adventure days, but for the everyday 9-to-5 life as well. I focus on practical strategies that show how food can support your energy, recovery, and overall well-being, whether you’re on the mountain, in the ocean, or wherever life takes you!
