Hi, I’m Amy! I’m the founder of Weekend Warrior Health & Nutrition, and I hold a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science, with a concentration in Sports Nutrition. I’m also a Certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 & Level 2 Master Coach, and a Certified Personal Trainer. I help adventurous, busy people find a healthy balance of wellness, performance, and enjoyment in their lives.

My mission is to help fellow weekend warriors fuel their bodies—not just for the big adventure days, but for the demands of everyday life.
